Working with me will transform your life. Coaching isn’t a silver bullet and you will need to put the work in to help yourself. It can be hard and it can be uncomfortable, but is definitely worth it when you come out of the other side a refreshed and renewed person. I won’t tell you the answers, but I will help you get there. Most people already know the answers, they just don’t know how to activate them. This is where I come in as your coach.

clarity Call

A 30 min call with me in which you can tell me what issues you’re facing and I will explain how I could help you if you decide to proceed with one of my coaching programmes

emergency brake

For when something feels urgent and you need immediate help. This is a very focussed 30 minute session to tackle one specific problem, cut through overthinking, and leave with a clear, actionable plan to move forward fast

essential reset

This is a stabilisation reset to get you back in control of your burnout. Across 4 x 60 minute sessions we’ll work through the key areas holding you back, rebuild focus, and create momentum. Ideal if you’re stuck, overwhelmed and need a clear, practical way forward

Ultimate reset

A complete and comprehensive reset. Across 8 x 60 minute sessions, we’ll systematically rebuild your mindset, habits, values, and direction – so you’re no longer just coping, but operating with clarity, control, and purpose

targeted tune-up

You can choose a single stage of the B.U.R.N.O.U.T Recovery, such as the Boundary Blueprint (B), to master over 1 x 60 minute session.
