How My Coaching Works
Whilst therapy provides the space to process past emotions, my coaching is built for your future.
It is practical, forward-focused, and action-oriented.
Think of this as high-performance training for your mind.
Just as six months of consistent, guided gym sessions with a personal trainer transforms you physically, my coaching will re-engineer your mental resilience.
It can be hard and it can be uncomfortable, but is definitely worth it when you come out of the other side a renewed person.
By providing you with expert guidance, you will be able to install the habits and boundaries necessary for you to reclaim your life.

What Working With Me Looks Like
Coaching isn’t a silver bullet and you will need to put the work in to help yourself.
However I will be there to guide you through the process using my B.U.R.N.O.U.T. Recovery programme as a roadmap for your journey.
Each session we work together in will be focussed and practical, designed to help you move forward.
Your coaching will be tailored to you, however every journey will include:
- Regular sessions scheduled at your convenience.
- Practical tools, exercises and reflections to support your growth.
- Clear actions between sessions to build momentum.
- Support via WhatsApp between sessions to help you keep on track.
