Whether you have had coaching before or you are currently redlining and need an immediate reset, the roadmap is adaptable.
For example, if you are a coaching veteran, then you may already understand some of the fundamentals and already know your (B)oundaries and know how to (U)nplug, so you may want to skip to understanding your (N)ext level values and (U)shakeable Identity.
Or, if you are brand new to coaching then it makes more sense to start at the beginning with understanding your (B)oundaries and building from there.
No matter what stage you are at, the point of the roadmap is to provide you with structure, clarity, and a way to move towards a more balanced life.
