I know this because I’ve been in the quicksand. In my 30s, burnout didn’t arrive overnight; it was a slow creep that eventually eroded my career, my relationships, and my health.

From the outside, I looked like I had it all together. On the inside, I was trudging through a “car crash” life for three years until I finally hit my breaking point – sitting in my GP’s office in tears, unable to even explain why.
